Shipping & Returns
FOR SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA: Your order is shipped via the United States Postal Services (USPS) since we found the lowest rates for delivery there. We offer a low "in-country flat rate" for all shipping within the United States of America. Whenever your shipping cost is higher than our "in-country flat rate," PACE pays the difference. When your package is shipped, you will be sent a USPS tracking number.
FOR SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE USA: There is a higher USPS cost for shipping outside of the USA. Therefore we have set an "outside-country flat rate" in which we pay the difference between the flat-rate that you pay for shipping and the actual mailing cost. When your package is shipped a tracking number is emailed to you.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, email us within 5 days of receipt of your purchase at: lindawashington.pace@gmail.com to request a refund or an exchange for damaged product. We will email you back regarding the details of returning the product.
